• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bikash, Nagad, and Rocket; ৳1,000 via bank transfer.

• Deposits are credited instantly upon completion. If your balance hasn't updated, contact our support team with proof of payment.
• ABC99 does not charge any payment processing fees, though your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.
• Deposits may be held and verification requested if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bikash, your withdrawal must go to bikash. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are usually completed within 5–15 minutes.
• Rocket may take 10–20 minutes, and bank transfers can take up to 24 hours.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be completed first.
• KYC verification is required for large withdrawals. Once completed, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed more quickly.
